The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a tight budget and don't require an extra stroller that can be used as a car seat carrier. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip flop comfortable.

It's also easy to push and feels solid in navigating kerbs or woodland pathways. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation as the most lightweight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, thanks to its nimble maneuverability and fold that fits in aeroplane overhead luggage. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels made of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to 'perfectly navigate all terrains and types'.

The bent fabric bassinet, the base YOYO2 and the 6+ months colour pack combine to create a stylish pushchair that has a soft, elegant aesthetic. The frame's weight is less than a kilogram and is so light it is able to be lifted from the box using just one hand.

It's also easy to attach or remove attachments or adaptors - the hood, for instance, snaps onto the YOYO2 by clicking - as well as being machine washable at 30deg to remove staining from rice cakes smushed and half-dissolved carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram starting from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into a stroller from 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

The Xplore also has two canopies that move from front to back, providing ample sun coverage for all family members. It also has a footwell, which is not as deep or large as other wagons, so it may not be ideal for long trips or napping.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it doesn't bend like other wagons we have tried. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competition, and it does not secure when folded. It is easy to maneuver, though, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents who are seeking a second stroller that's priced reasonably. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size that means it's light, compact when folded and easy to move into a car trunk or closet. It also has the option of reclining in multiple positions and a parent cup holder. Other important features include two large hanging storage bags and 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.

It did better in our push and turn test than many of the strollers we tested, but was nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the smallest of all strollers we tested. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a significantly larger canopy.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual, and none of the components required tools. It is missing certain features we believe are essential in double strollers. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is the latest model in Maxi-Cosi's range of pushchairs and is advertised as an urban travel system. It is designed to accommodate baby from birth up to approximately 3.5 years old, and can be converted into a seat and carrycot by just a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a car-base that stays in the car and reversible carriage.

The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the large shopping basket makes it simple for parents to get their child in and out. The narrow pushchair single sailed through all day bumps and doorways effortlessly.

The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position or pivot. This is useful for navigating through rough terrain. While walking on the stony path, we allowed them to swivel and it did this quite well, though it did appear more bumpy than the other models in our test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain jogging strollers. But they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to fold and can fit into the trunk of a car even with the carrycot attached.

It is heavier than the other strollers we've test, but since it has composite wheels made of rubber it feels solid and well-made. It is easy to maneuver over various terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items.

The carrycot and the seat both have hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are showerproof and sturdy, unlike some other prams' hoods that get whipped back into toddlers' faces.

It's not the biggest of storage space, however it does come with a huge basket that's big enough to hold an infant's changing bag and plenty of food items. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants that weigh up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to take a stroller with you on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that won the hearts of many parents when it first came out. It's a frame made of aluminum that can see you through your baby's first years and beyond. It has many standout features, such as the capacity of the seat to be turned between parent and world facing, a large UPF50+ canopy that has an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are durable and foam-filled which minimises punctures. The chassis also has built-in suspension that eases the pain of bumpy terrain. It was easy to push, and our tester was able to maneuver the car through narrow streets.

The brakes come with a single lightweight stroller action and are color coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.

This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to use and has a fantastic dual suspension. It folds by one hand and comes with a handy carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and durable. The seat is reclined in various positions. It also comes with a built-in double-breathable mattress that can be used from birth.

The canopy/seat features two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors, both of which are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't great because it's not as quiet as Velcro and may wake napping babies.

It comes with a large gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and a change mat. It also has an automated frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger designed for parents who love to be active. It's one of the lightest running strollers that you can purchase for your child. It also comes with great safety features like a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It comes with a different kind of hand brake unlike other models that is an interesting twist.

The seat is well padded and provides plenty of space to sit. However, the seat depth is less than that of other runners (it's only about 10") The storage bin is secured with a zipper that keeps things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs. This is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters for most infant car seats and bassinets however, you can use them from the first day with adapters that will fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds down compactly and takes between 5 and 10 minutes to assemble with no tools. The manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
